    IsleRush is an independent digital platform dedicated to helping travelers and locals discover events, festivals, outdoor adventures, cultural celebrations, wellness retreats, music events, dining experiences, and nightlife happening across island destinations worldwide. Our editorial team and network of local correspondents produce original content including event listings, island guides, features, and recommendations intended to help people find the best experiences on islands around the world.

    The Site includes a newsletter subscription service, an events calendar covering 60+ islands, editorial articles and island guides, and tools for event organizers and local correspondents to submit listings. The nature and availability of these services may change at any time at our sole discretion, and we are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site or any service offered through it.

    We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but given the dynamic nature of events and island life, we make no warranty that any content on our Site is current, complete, or free from errors. Event details, dates, pricing, locations, and availability can change without notice. Users should verify information directly with event organizers and venues before making travel or attendance plans.

    2. Intellectual Property Rights

    All content published on the Site, including but not limited to articles, photographs, illustrations, graphics, videos, audio clips, editorial copy, island guides, brand identities, logos, and the overall look and feel of the Site, is the exclusive property of IsleRush or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its content for your personal, non-commercial purposes.     IsleRush provides tools for event organizers, local correspondents, and community members to submit events for potential listing on the platform. By submitting an event, you represent and warrant that:

    • The event is real, accurately described, and scheduled to take place as stated.
    • You have the authority to submit the event on behalf of the organizing party.
    • The event information, including dates, location, pricing, and description, is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
    • The event does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in its jurisdiction.
    • Any images or media submitted with the event are owned by you or you have the right to use them.

    IsleRush reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any event submission at our discretion. Submission of an event does not guarantee it will be published. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in submitted event information and encourage users to verify details directly with organizers before attending.

    By submitting event content to IsleRush, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, promote, and distribute that content through the Site and our associated channels including our newsletter and social media accounts.

    5. Newsletter Subscription

    By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails from IsleRush containing curated island event picks, travel inspiration, editorial features, and occasional promotional communications from us or our partners.

    You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email. Unsubscribing will remove you from our mailing list and stop all future marketing communications. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your unsubscribe request to be fully processed.

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ISLERUSH, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT THEREON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY TRAVEL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON CONTENT FOUND ON THE SITE.

    Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

    IsleRush maintains a strict separation between editorial content and commercial partnerships. Our editorial team and correspondent network operate independently, and our event coverage, island guides, and recommendations are not influenced by advertising relationships or commercial arrangements.

    Where content has been produced in partnership with, or sponsored by, a third party including tourism boards, event organizers, or travel brands, it will be clearly identified as "Sponsored Content," "Partner Content," or with an equivalent disclosure label. Sponsored content may reflect the views of the sponsor and not necessarily the editorial views of IsleRush.

    9. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IsleRush and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site in a manner not authorized by these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; (d) any event submission or content you submit to or through the Site; or (e) any travel, attendance, or other decisions you make based on content found on the Site.

    10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any issue promptly and amicably.

    Any cause of action arising out of or related to the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
